The “Little Valley” design brief was to create a key working area on a greenfield site, to be the foundation infrastructure that can be further expanded in the future. Built on rich soils of the beef capital of Casino, New South Wales is a large shade structure with a concrete base to give owners a facility that is fully operational no matter the weather conditions.  The core centre includes a 270° Crowd leading to a curved lane with a mid-section access point to the single deck loading ramp and a manual 3-way draft.
